Difficulty: A circular trail which is moderately challenging but with a steep climb at the beginning but a nice decent to finish.

The top of the ridgeline has nice views of Caerphilly as well as Cardiff on a clear day.

Length: Between 8.5km to 9.5km.

Trails Shoes: Required, might be muddy in places…..Its Wales after all ☔️

No one gets left behind, pace is a jog run with plenty of rest stops for people to catch up or take a short break for a chat.

Great opportunity to connect not just with people but with nature in a safe and welcoming space.
