We will have a beautiful trail run across the south west corner of Epping Forest, crossing a section of Wanstead Flats before heading into the woodlands of the historical Wanstead Park. Some sections of the Forest may be muddy in early April, so trail shoes are recommended. There are toilets in the parkland and we will finish for refreshments at the Sunflower Cafe. The run will be a relaxed pace, approximately 7-8km; suitable for anyone who can run or run/walk 5km and wants to enjoy a fun, chatty trail run; we operate a “no-one left behind” policy. This will be a chance to catch the spectacular seasonal beauty of the woodland bluebell spread. Hope you can make it!
