A fun dance around Bwlch Mountain where mud, trig points and sheep will be plentiful

Difficulty: A looped route from the car park exploring sections of the Bwlch and neighbouring forest. Moderate-ish trail route some very uneven and muddy terrain. Expect some technical steep climbs and descents

Length: Approxi. 11km with 1200ft Elevation

Shoes required: Trail shoes are a must

As always, this is a social no pressure run and an opportunity to connect with people whilst sharing our love for the trails.

Dogs welcome in carnicross harness as there be some sheep present and they have right of way.
